We are reducing our rental-car rates to just £10 – £20 a day from now until the end of May 2020 for the country’s Key Workers. That means if you’re a worker in health and social care, education and childcare, public safety and national security, you qualify for this offer.
You're doing amazing work on our behalf and we know essential travel is a challenge right now. So, we want to help keep you mobile. Simply pitch up at the Avis Preferred counter at one of our UK locations and you will be assisted as a priority customer.
The following cars are available (prices per day):
Group B - That’s a small car, i.e. a Ford Fiesta for £10
Group E - That’s a mid-size car, i.e. a Peugeot 2008 for £15
Group O - People carriers, i.e. a Citroen Grand Picasso for £20
Reduced liability excess
We've also removed the need to worry about any high unexpected charges should any mishaps happen – the theft and damage excess (that’s the amount in any event that the renter remains liable for) has been reduced to a maximum of £100.
Cars are available across the UK, but please check which rental stations are open for business. The offer stands for bookings of up to 27 days between now and the end of May 2020. Simply use the booking panel above to get started, but don't book anywhere else; this offer only applies for reservations made on this site.

- This offer does not apply to special fleet such as Select Series, Prestige or Vans
- All rentals are subject to insurance excess of £100 only
- All rentals may be subject to additional surcharges for voluntary options (e.g. for special equipment, additional drivers, young drivers, optional insurances, fuel, etc.)

- Renters must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location but daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years' old in some locations
